HOW-TO: Korean Gradient Lips

Hi everyone!
Well, I promise to make a new post as soon as I can and here I am posting my second post about make up tutorial! (Not exactly a tutorial though...)

Gradient lips have become a big trend in Asia, if you like Korean make up you will know about this gradient lips trend everywhere! I've seen many actresses in Korean dramas wear this lip make-up and also many internet 얼짱 (Ulzzang) applying this make up too! It's gives your lips an innocent and fresh look.

Most people make their gradient lips by using lip tint but this time I'll be using 3 Concept Eyes Creamy lip color!

#1 Pick Me Up is the red color
#11 Love Hate is the pale pink color

Here's what the color looks like.

Important:
Always apply lip balm first before using any lip product. It's prevent your lipstick and lip-tint to lump.

I will show you how's the color looks when it's applied on my lips.
For #11 Love Hate

Yes, It's so pale I know! Hahahaha that's why I always use this one as a base for my gradient lips. I just hate to put concealer in my lips because it feels so dry, I can't stand it!
If you like pale lips color this will suit you best but for me, I didn't really into pale lips since my skin is too pale it makes me looks like a sick person :(

And for #1 Pick Me Up

Well, I looks really mean in red lips color... That's why I never use lipstick this red because people will freaked out. I'm 100% sure of it lol. But if you like red lips color you probably will like this one because to be honest I'm loving the color too!

So lets move on to the gradient lips!
Actually it's pretty simple, you just use your lip balm and start using color no #11 Love Hate as a base and then using no #1 Pick Me Up just dab it in the inside part of your lips, like this:

Important: I know that we often tempted to smack our lips after each application, if you want to smack your lips together, do it lightly so it doesn't lose the gradient effect :)

It doesn't really show the gradient looks in here but you can see the corner of my lips are paler than the middle one (If I took pictures with flash it will show the gradient effect even more but I forgot to take one lol sorry guys! people make mistakes :P)

By making gradient lips it looks more innocent and natural than just using one lip color. Most of the times I always mixing this color with that color so it looks more natural.

What do you think?
I hope you enjoy this post! Sorry, it's my first time doing make-up tutorial so it's not as pro as other make up blogger out there.
 I will improve next time!
Thanks for those who requested make up tutorial, Leave a comment what do you want me to post next? Or something you really curious about! I would love to hear your opinion , people :)

Love always,
La Petite Lady
